Can someone please tell me if this picture make sense? I am ready to hear from the owner of this car and hear his explanation on how he qualifies for a handicapped parking space. My brother goes around in a wheelchair and I am sure that a wheelchair will not fit into whatever space that an Elise has. Whoever you are ... YOU ARE A FUCKING SHAMELESS ASSHOLE!! P.S.
